Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their team for the business expansion.
What you'll need to succeed
Provide administrative support to full range of professional HR service including recruitment selection, C&B administration, employee engagement activities, manpower planning, etc.
Managing HR end-to-end processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment
Responsible for update, review and implement HR policies and procedures as well as Employee Handbook are compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Take initiative in identifying and executing ideas on streamlining and standardizing HR processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth
Administer and follow up all work injury cases with relevant parties
What you'll get in return
Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
