They cordially invite high-calibre Scientist to join their R&D team. The position will be responsible for developing new products and reformulation /reprocess, tech transfer of products and works with analytical research team and cross-functional teams. We are open for relocation from overseas candidates.

Your new role

• Works with Analytical Research team and cross-functional teams on product and process development projects
• Develop new products and reformulation/reprocess of current products
• Design and conduct experiments, interpret and report results and conclusion, trouble shoot and mitigate product and process issues
• Participate the tech transfer of products between sites
• Support new APIs/excipients sourcing
• Manage project effectively according to the project timeline
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Master or Mphil or PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry or related areas
• At least three years of Pharmaceutical Industrial experiences
• Hand-on experience in pharmaceutical product formulation and process development
• Experience in different dosage forms, oral solid formulation is a must, other dosage forms are a plus
• Familiar with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
• Experience in product transfer between sites and related activities is a plus
• Understand the regulatory environment and some knowledge in new drug application
• Demonstrate ability in data interpretation, trouble shooting and problem-solving
• Working knowledge in QbD and DOE is a plus • Good project management skill and ability to manage multiple projects
• Good writing, presentation and communication skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Formulation Development Scientist/ Assistant Formulation Development Scientist, Research and Development
