Senior Finance Manager/ Director, FP&A (Sales Products)

Responsibilities
- Develop and provide regular performance, profitability analyses, and reports.
- Provide insights and value added advice for decision making and scenario / impact analyses.
- Support the implementation of business initiatives, including financial modelling, evaluation, risk assessment and results tracking.
- Participate in assignment/strategic programs/major business initiatives and provide financial (analytical) support.
- Partner with stakeholders in related system design (user requirements) and user testing to optimize long-term business sustainability.
- Seek continuous efficiency improvements via streamlining processes and automation.
Requirements
- A degree in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification
- Certified Public Accountant or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years of solid experience in business planning, financial analysis, management and financial accounting, compliance and control, project management and reporting in a medium to large sized organisation.
- Good analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of horse racing and/or football wagering would be a plus.
- Strong business mind-set and commercial knowledge.
- Strong inter-personal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus
- Good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
