Your new company

This multinational PRIVATE EQUITY / VENTURE CAPITAL investment firm is looking for an SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER to join the FINANCE team in HK. They are now looking for PROFESSIONALS with experience in handling PE/VC Funds in FUND ADMIN / FUND HOUSE / BUY SIDE / OTHER ASSET MANAGERS. BIG4 / AUDIT trained is preferred. This is a permanent position in Hong Kong, and you will be joining a large team.

Your new role

• Daily finance operations of the funds
• Oversee NAV calculations, capital call and distribution processes
• Fund reporting, performance analysis and portfolio updates
• Manage LP / IR requests
• Work closely with external auditors, tax consultants, fund administrator and compliance team
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• Big 4 / Audit / Professional Experience & 3+ Years of Fund Accounting / Operations Experience in PE / VC Funds
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Hardworking, detail-oriented and proactive
• Organised and adaptable team-player
