Your new role

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing the finance function of the group. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations of the group, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Providing strategic financial advice and support to the management team, including analysis of business performance, evaluating investment opportunities, and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
• Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals to achieve their full potential.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is a must.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
