Senior Finance Director, Global Marketing (170k)

Global Marketing Company - Senior Finance Director to fully manage the international businesses

Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop and lead the finance team across the HQ and multiple international entities.
  • Mange all external relationships including Bank, Investors, External Audit and 3rd Party Accountants
  • Ensure the business has a robust and effective internal control framework.
  • Enable the CEO and SMT to steer the business via sound financial guidance and accurate delivery of management information.
  • Advise and implement financial modelling to ensure the business is profitable.
  • Understand and manage complex funding structure, drive actions to increase customer profitability
  • Performing risk management by analysing the organisation’s liabilities and investments
  • Adopting a hands-on approach to actively supporting business growth.
  • Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
  • Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organisation’s operations.
  • Preparing reliable current and forecasting reports.
  • Ensuring all Statutory and Legal compliance is in place
  • Create value, build and drive a high performing finance function.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as CFO or in another senior managerial role.
  • Strong Communication Skills, ability to communicate finance to non finance personnel.
  • Experience of raising finance from third parties/external investors
  • Dealt with complex treasury function Experience of Multi Currency transactions and Forex
  • Has successfully operated Multi Entity Structures /Managing global business.
  • Able to navigate the challenges of a high-growth / scale-up organisation.
  • In depth knowledge of corporate finance and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • An analytical thinker, comfortable with numbers and measures of performance
