An established global insurer with a committed and successful business across Asia Pacific is set for stable growth. With a set strategic direction from a stable management team, they are seeking a highly capable and independent Senior Compliance Manager to drive new compliance programs.

Your new role
You will be accountable for partnering with management and business units in developing compliance programs that comply with existing and future regulations. You are also expected to advise and define updated regulatory and risk and controls, conduct investigation. You will ensure regulatory compliance and requirements are at the forefront to support sales and business growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of compliance or legal experience within insurance or financial services sector. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Manager.
• Prior experience in developing and implementing compliance policies
• Strong ability in refining management decisions, you will demonstrate your ability to influence sensibly.
