Our client is one of the leading international insurer, they are now looking for a senior manager/ manager of claims for their employee benefit team.
Your new role
- Formulate and implement Employee Benefits claims strategy and development plan
- Monitor & approve claims within the pre-set authority and provide appropriate commentary, recommendations and justifications to senior management
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Employee Benefits claims team
- Implement the Group compliance policy to adhere the relevant local and Group compliance procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder and preferably with insurance-related qualifications, e.g. FLMI, ICA, ACII/ ANZIIF
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in medical/ life/ group policy claims
- Knowledge of FDA health regulations
- Good team player and self-starter; able to interact with people at all levels
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as claims manager
