This leading insurance firm already has a strong presence within Asia. Currently looking to expand their Health & Employee portfolio growth in Hong Kong, they are seeking for ambitious insurance professionals to design and implement business development initiatives to enhance their business.

Your new role
You will oversee numerous aspects from business development, broker relations, panel-network overview, customer on-boarding processes, sales campaigns, and planning. You will work closely with various departments including marketing, sales, operations and more.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven record in driving and implementing various effective Sales & Distribution initiatives
• Sales management and overseeing campaigns
• Product experience within Health, Medical or Employee Benefits
• Excellent competencies in communicating and dealing with various stakeholders
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
