Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to end-users of internal Application systems
• Maintain functional specifications from business requirements
• Follow-up and investigate any IT related incidents during operation, root cause analysis, coordinate with 2nd line support for troubleshooting
• Perform database management with SQL

Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline
• 2-5 years’ experience in Network/ Application/ System
• Experience in SQL Server (Microsoft SQL, MS SQL programming languages) and ServiceNow ticketing system is preferable
• Familiar with Insurance applications is ideal
• IT Operations in Banking or Finance Industry is a plus
• Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Application Technical Support
