- Provide daily technical support to end-users of internal Application systems
- Maintain functional specifications from business requirements
- Follow-up and investigate any IT related incidents during operation, root cause analysis, coordinate with 2nd line support for troubleshooting
- Perform database management with SQL
- Degree or above in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline
- 2-5 years’ experience in Network/ Application/ System
- Experience in SQL Server (Microsoft SQL, MS SQL programming languages) and ServiceNow ticketing system is preferable
- Familiar with Insurance applications is ideal
- IT Operations in Banking or Finance Industry is a plus
- Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Application Technical Support
