• Manage daily exposure and collateral processes to optimize inventory usage through central counterparties, triparty arrangements, or bilateral transactions, supporting liquidity and capital efficiency targets.
• Identify and implement solutions to close control gaps, collaborating with other groups where appropriate.
• Maintain a strong control environment with continuous improvement and risk reduction initiatives.
• Monitor and escalate counterparty and credit risk exposure.
• Ensure proper margining and credit approval processes are applied at the trade level.
• Monitor exposure concentration based on underlying assets, countries, or portfolio risk profiles.
• Perform ad hoc credit exposure analysis and assessments in response to market events

• Strong analytical and control mindset, attention to detail and prompt escalation skills
• Ability to understand complex problems, grasp new concepts quickly and troubleshoot problems when arise
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills
• Strong prioritization and time management
• Proactive and flexible team player
• Prior experience in trade support, collateral & triparty management and exposure to repo/stock loan/derivative products would be preferred.
