We are currently seeking a highly organised and skilled Bilingual Secretary to join our reputable construction company located at Science Park.

As a Secretary, your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient administrative support to our team and ensure smooth communication between English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential, along with the ability to accurately translate meeting minutes in real-time.


Responsibilities:


- Assist in organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.

- Attend meetings and accurately record minutes in both Chinese and English.

- Provide instant translation services during meetings to facilitate effective communication.

- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and reports.

- Manage and maintain confidential files and documents.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in both Chinese and English.

- Translate various documents, including contracts, reports, and presentations.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives and visitors.

- Assist with general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.


Requirements:

- Looking for 1 - 8 years experience secretary, experience in Construction company is highly preferred.

- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential.

- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.

- Excellent translation and interpretation skills, with the ability to provide instant, accurate translations during meetings.

- Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and translation tools.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
