SAP (Senior) Finance Manager

Top Tier MNC looking for local / regional SAP Finance Project lead

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing an overarching framework for optimising SAP financial processes across the HK and APAC regions. This includes an underlying process assessment methodology and roadmap for identifying, prioritizing and executing process improvement efforts to deliver greatest impact and benefit.
  • Perform project planning and controlling on various accounting systems implementation project
  • Provide advice on process re-engineering and system enhancement activities
  • Supervise colleagues within the Financial Systems Section in carrying out systems analysis, design, and implementation tasks
  • Deliver process improvement reviews in line with the above framework and roadmap. This includes unearthing improvement opportunities that are robustly supported by data and market insight. Where appropriate, the role will also facilitate implementation of required process changes through to completion.

Requirements
  • Degree in finance / accounting, information technology or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of experience preferably working in a finance SAP implementation in sizeable corporations.
  • An ability to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to deliver a wide range of projects, large and small
  • High professional and ethical standards.
  • Strong leadership, with excellent people and relationship management skills.
  • Manage/handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure and with conflicting priorities.
  • Proactive with high levels of initiative.
