My client is a licensed financial services firm focusing on providing securities and wealth management services in APAC. In order to expand the business coverage, the firm is looking for a Sales Team Head to join the Wealth Management Team.

Your new role

As a Sales Team Head, you are responsible to build and recruit sales team, grow the wealth management business, achieve company financial targets, explore new business opportunities, and provide professional advice and solutions to clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in financial industry. Sales-oriented with proven track record
• Experience in leading and coaching sales team
• Good client network and good communication skills
• Holder of SFC and Insurance Authority License
• Ability to build and recruit sales team
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
