A global food trading company is looking for a Sales Manager/Trader (China Market) in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Effectively selling beef offals to China.
• Develop opportunities in target markets.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Assist operations team with information for transportation movement in order to meet desired shipment schedules and avoid unnecessary costs.
• Maintain and develop relationship with key customers.
• Assists the team to grow market share and diversify products and origins sold into the market.
• Position inventory for assigned customers and/or team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years trading experience in Meat business into China
• A proven history of developing customer or vendor market share
• Ability to bring new customers
• Transportation knowledge
• Knowledge of claims, credit and operations procedures
• University Degree
