Our client is a fast-growing storage company in Hong Kong that providing door-to-door storage services They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to cope with the expansion.

Your new role

• Leading a team of sales professional to achieve company sales target
• Develop strategic business plans and achieve revenue objectives
• Drive overall business growth through understanding clients’ needs and conducting consultative solution sales
• Proactively and strategically identify new business opportunities, joint promotion opportunities and potential clients
• Manage the preparation of pitches and proposals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop all-round strategic marketing solutions to achieve business goals
• Manage post-sales implementation with internal parties and ensure excellent service delivery
• Manage and monitor project P&L, return, and recommend improvement strategies
• Build strong relationships to maintain outstanding client satisfaction and retention
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years working experience in Sales Management
• Result-oriented, able to work under pressure and work in a dynamic environment
• Enjoy discovering and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
• Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and able to professionally interact with clients
• Fluent in English
