A global beauty accelerator with well-established brands and good product line. They are looking for a Sales Manager to cope with the business expansion in Hong Kong.

Your new role
  • Oversee and manage all portfolio brands in the region
  • Create a long term plan for the region in line with the overall group strategy
  • Develop business plans each regional brand with an entrepreneurial mindset (including but not limited to market analysis, key objectives, sales strategy, marketing strategy, financial goals, etc)
  • Identify brand growth opportunities such as new distribution channels (online, offline, or omnichannel), retail partnerships, or more
  • Drive, develop and implement go to market strategies
  • Ability to manage brand partner relationships
  • Accountable for region profit and loss

What you'll need to succeed
  • A Bachelor's Degrees in Business or similar education/ work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
  • At least 10 years of work experience in Sales
  • Additional experience in other functions including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance are preferred
  • Excellent in planning with a marketing background, P&L management, handling commercial aspects of the business
  • Strong track record of sales management (achieving sales targets, budget development and demand planning/forecasting)
  • Excellent understanding of the Beauty (Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care, Fragrance), Retail/ Consumer Goods industry
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders such as management, brand partners and many others
