As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join their Hong Kong operations.

Your Role:
As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new opportunities for business expansion and increasing sales. Key responsibilities include:

- Prospecting and qualifying leads in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China to generate new business opportunities.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.
- Engaging with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and positioning the company's solutions effectively.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary background information for successful sales conversions.
- Utilising CRM systems to track lead interactions, update prospect information, and report on sales activities and results.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- 1 year of sales experience in a Hunter role, preferably gained in the tech industry.
- Self-starter with a Hunter mindset, driven by targets and motivated to seek out new business opportunities.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
