Our client is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to manage and implement sales & marketing strategies.
Your new role
- Formulate and implement Sales & Marketing strategies
- Responsible for the preparation of sales and legal documents including sales brochures, sales arrangements, price-lists etc. which are in compliance with related legislation and regulations
- Design and conduct market research and analysis on Hong Kong and Macau property market
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with property agents, solicitors and bankers to facilitate the sales & marketing
- Assist in sales launch and monitor sales activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 6+ years of relevant experience in leading property developer
- Knowledge in HK property market and Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance
- Good time management skills, able to meet tight deadline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
