Our client is a leading provider of corporate travel and ground transportation management services, with a global presence across more than 150 countries. They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Hong Kong.

Your New Role
As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and sending sales proposals and contracts
  • Managing the sales database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team as required

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
