A large local online media group is looking for a Sales Administrator in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Coordinate the clerical job with salesman on daily sales admin
- Prepare contracts & schedules, generate revenue table and updated sales forecast from sales management systems
- Review the updated various reports and coordinating tasks with different departments
- Coordinate with Finance Department on collection of signed contracts, booking breakdown and sales claims
- Manage database and master rate card updating in CRM system
- Assist project team in following up specific sales projects where necessary
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties if necessary
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in sales admin. or related field
- Experience in using Salesforce
- Detail-minded with good numeric sense and good communication skills
- Self-initiated, well-organized, highly-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Typing
