Your new role
- Provide after sales service to the existing clients
- Assistant to answer enquiries from clients
- Handle daily CS related administrative work
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 1-3 customer service experience
- Higher diploma or higher
- Good command of MS Word and Excel
- Immediately available is a plus
