Your new role

You will directly report to Head of Rewards to handle corporate rewards such as incentive scheme, salary package review, title realignment etc. In addition, you will also drive group project exposure in the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
• Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience, working experience in C&B function is a MUST
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
• Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
