Your new role
As the Store-based Retail Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to retail staff in order to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and overall performance. You will work closely with store managers to identify training needs and implement training plans that align with the company's objectives and values. The role requires a minimum of 6 years’ experience in retail training within the luxury retail sector or in a similar capacity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in retail training within the luxury retail sector or in a similar capacity
• In-depth knowledge of luxury retail industry trends, products, and customer service standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store managers and staff
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs tailored to different learning styles and levels of experience
