We are currently looking for a sales-driven, dedicated and proactive candidate to take up our Researcher / Associate Consultant position, recruiting on a fast-paced and challenging desk.

Your new role

• Establish a clear sales plan to identify key clients and lead on business developing new relationships with existing accounts and target clients
• Win job opportunities that will be executed in collaboration with your colleagues in our contracting delivery team
• Grow a portfolio of contracting clients in the long term

• Develop a network of contracting specific candidates using a variety of attraction strategies
• Interview and qualify potential candidates while working closely with your team to execute recruitment processes for jobs sourced by your sales colleagues
• Manage both clients and candidates during the recruitment process

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Fluent-level English communication skills
• Passionate in meeting new people and developing new relationships
