One of the leaders in the chemical industry. They're currently looking to hire a new Regional Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small team.

Your new role

• Lead, coach and steer regional supply chain planning team
• Optimise and utilise the regional supply chain planning resources through evaluating costs, profitability and working capital
• Lead the regional demand and supply planning process
• Drive S&OP process within timelines and achieve high level of planning accuracy
• Develop and monitor the regional inventory management
• Collect, update and distribute the latest yearly volume commitment fulfilments related to supply chain management teams
• Setup global shortage mode definition guidelines in the region

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Logistics or Project Management
• Production Planning experience will have an advantage
• Must have regional exposure covering multiple countries
• Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Chemical's experience will have an advantage
