One of the leaders in the chemical industry. They're currently looking to hire a new Regional Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small team.
Your new role
- Lead, coach and steer regional supply chain planning team
- Optimise and utilise the regional supply chain planning resources through evaluating costs, profitability and working capital
- Lead the regional demand and supply planning process
- Drive S&OP process within timelines and achieve high level of planning accuracy
- Develop and monitor the regional inventory management
- Collect, update and distribute the latest yearly volume commitment fulfilments related to supply chain management teams
- Setup global shortage mode definition guidelines in the region
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years' in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Logistics or Project Management
- Production Planning experience will have an advantage
- Must have regional exposure covering multiple countries
- Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Chemical's experience will have an advantage
