Regional Senior Financial Analyst, MNC - Looking for a high potential one to look after the APAC performance
Responsibilities
- Being a business partner in regional FP&A team by providing insightful analysis with support of financial modelling
- Collaborate with Market FP&A in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, yearly long-range plan and other ad-hoc projects
- Prepare monthly P&L analysis and conduct regular business review to highlight risks & opportunities
- Perform focused analysis of key business drivers to support operating & strategic initiatives
- Manage capital appropriation request models by proactively interacting with key stakeholders to assess sales and expense assumptions used in multi-year P&L simulation
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement / standardisation opportunities and provide guidance on treatment of capital or operating expenditures
- Other ad-hoc work as required
Requirements
- Accounting or Finance Degree with 3 years of related experience
- Previous MNCs experience is preferred, FP&A related experience is a strong advantage
- Advanced knowledge in business partnering, reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Strong customer centricity, continuous improvement mindset
- Results oriented; flexible and demonstrate a resourceful attitude
- Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills, embraces culturally diverse interpersonal relationships
