A global fast fashion brand, with continued growth they are now looking for a Regional Logistics Manager.

Your new role

• Analyse distribution logistics data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain models, tools, and metrics to track and measure distribution performance, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory levels
• Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation with the distribution network
• Work closely with 3PL partners and other external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of distribution activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order fulfilment, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Monitor key performance indicators related to distribution logistics and provide regular reports and insights to management
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in distribution logistics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the implementation of logistics strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives and customer requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related
• 7+ years experience in distribution logistics within a retail environment (less experience will be considered for Logistics Analyst)
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, modelling, and proficiency in utilising advanced Excel functions
• In-depth knowledge of distribution logistics concepts, processes, and best practices
• Familiarity with 3PL management and working with external partners to optimise distribution operations
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively will be a big plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Detail-orientated with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving abilities
