About the Role:

As a Life Sciences Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing the best talent in the life sciences sector. You will build and maintain a strong candidate network, conduct interviews, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with tailored recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong candidate network in the life sciences sector
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets

Requirements:

• Proven 1–2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the life sciences sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
• A degree in life sciences or a related field is desirable but not essential
