We are currently looking for a sales-driven, dedicated and proactive fresh graduate to take up our Researcher / Associate Consultant position, recruiting on a fast-paced and challenging desk. Experienced applicants will be considered as Consultant.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Team Manager, your objective is to manage recruitment process with the goal of maximizing individual targets and team growth. Working alongside your manager, you will establish a clear talent acquisition plan to build candidate and talent pool of up-and-coming skilled professionals (eg. Banking industries). You will represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs, as well as manage both client and candidate expectations during the recruitment process. You will act as an expert in the industry to answer all client and candidate needs. Supporting the team's growth plans, you will be a contributor in identifying key clients, job and business development opportunities as well.

What you'll need to succeed

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree.
