A leading lifestyle brand, they're looking for a new Quality Director to join their team.

Your new role

• Lead regional teams to drive execution to meet and exceed customers' quality requirements
• Develop and manage KPIs to drive operational excellence
• Develop standard operating procedures and processes
• Partner with global compliance team and customers to support field audit in social compliance, CTPAT, and sustainable related initiatives
• Support QA Apps system development to drive efficiency during inspection process and to facilitate data capturing
• Engage relevant stakeholders in business internally and externally to build working relationships
• Develop vendor/factory training program with an objective to enable vendor/factory self-sufficient and self-certification in the long run

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have at least 15 years' working experience in Quality, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Engineering/Manufacturing
• Degree or above in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge in the latest quality management and manufacturing processes
• Technical knowledge of various raw materials (textiles, metal, leather, plastic, etc.)
• Experience in the apparel industry would be ideal, as well experience in fashion accessories
• Capable in multi-tasking with analytical mindset, detail orientated and embracing diversity
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
