A top-tier insurer is looking for a candidate with project management experience and knowledgeable in compliance and operational risk to join the team.

Your new role

• Conduct timely audits to ensure the regulatory requirements and compliance policies are properly executed
• Identify the possible risk and ensure the department is operating in compliance.
• Support the risk, compliance, and internal audit team in audit activities and ad-hoc/ annual regulatory reporting.
• Monitor and ensure the risks and controls within the functions are effective and consistent.

What you'll need to succeed

• University/college graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing similar roles, project management, or business analysis is preferred.

• Experience in project management and process review within an insurance firm is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive in problem-solving in a fast-paced industry.

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
