Your new role

• Excellent core java skills with oops/functional programming and architecture experience
• Working knowledge of springboot.
• Understanding of event driver architectures with some experience with MQ/Kafka/Content publish subscribe
• Build microservices and caching technologies
• Basic proficiency with any JS based technology (react, angular, NodeJS etc) with typescript language experience.
• Knowledge or relational and/or nosql databases

What you'll need to succeed

• Passion for high quality engineering and problem solving
• Participate in code reviews/tech design/ architecture reviews
• Improving system performance
• Team player, comfortable working under AGILE
• Happy to learn and work on devops adoption
• Big plus if have:
  • Experience in Private wealth management and/or derivative securities trading domain
  • Understand basic financial terms and jargons like trade/order/allocation/booking/execution etc.
  • Any prior experience with rewriting monolith applications into microservices.
