Our client is a market leader in property management. They are now looking for a Property Officer / Senior Property Officer to expand the team.

Your new role

• Assist the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the designated building, including overseeing the performance of third-party service providers
• Assist the Property Manager to oversee and monitor the performance of the security, cleaning, facilities management and other service providers
• Assist the Property Manager to review and verify all pre-approval and payment invoices
• Assist the Property Manager to manage the car park operations in the building, including monitoring the car park system, providing direction to the third-party car
• Assist the Property Manager to identify and implement value-add initiatives at the property-level, including process improvement, adoption of new technologies
• Responsible for providing high-quality customer service levels to all occupants in the building accordance with company’s customer service standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in property management or related discipline
• At least 2 years in a relevant property management
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) license is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, working both independently and in a team-oriented
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as property officer
