A leading Insurance company who has strong presence in insurance capabilities is looking to expand their current Digital Transformation capabilities. To cope with their rapid business expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for a passionate Project Management Officer to support them.

Your new role

As a Project Management Officer / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Provide end to end digital solutions to different business users under an agile manner
• Participate in a range of project initiatives such as transformation, operation excellence and system enhancement
• Manage and facilitate project lifecycle between various stakeholders
• Develop IT governance required documentation such as IT policies, processes and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 - 6 years of experience within Insurance Project Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Has experience in Digital Transformation, Operations and Process Improvement on user journey
• Understanding in both business and technical context
