A leading door automation and facade solutions engineering company is now looking for a Project Design Manager
Your new company
A renowned facade solutions and door automation service provider is now looking for a strong Project Design Manager to join the expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Switzerland company with a well established presence in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Responsible for technical and engineering advice on project feasibility in commercial, institutional and residential segments
- Design development and coordination with product management and supplier of proprietary solutions
- Provide detailed drawings to customer and supplier for production
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on high quality
- Lead a team of draftsmen and deliver drawing package in related to industrial gates, security doors and high performance windows
- Work closely with developer/ end-users/ contractors/ consultants/ supplier on project delivery
What you'll need to succeed
- Vocational or higher education or bachelor degree in engineering
- 2-3 years experience in project design management and project management
- Knowledge in shutter or door solutions, windows, metal works and other building materials
- Solid knowledge in CAD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
