Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their team as the Product Compliance Manager. This role is critical to the company's success and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, helping to ensure that all products and services comply with local and international regulations.

Your new role

• Manage and oversee the product compliance process for all insurance products and services, ensuring that all products are compliant with local and international regulations
• Conduct due diligence on new insurance products and services, assessing their compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Partner with product development teams to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and ensure that all products and services are compliant before they are launched
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure that the company is always in compliance with the latest requirements
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aware of the company's compliance policies and procedures
• Keep senior management informed by providing regular reports on the progress and effectiveness of compliance efforts

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product compliance, with a focus on insurance or financial services
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and standards related to insurance products
• Proven experience in product due diligence and the ability to assess the compliance of new products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals
