A Private Equity fund with AUM of US$ 1bn+ AUM is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting the investment team with:
- Fund Accounting
- Corporate Accounting
- Financial and Tax Due Diligence
- Investment Structuring
- Entity Establishment
- Reviewing SPAs + JVs
- Improving Reporting Processes
