Your new role
- Lead the team to create content and execute the content plans for different social media and digital platforms; Lead and handle all publication and visual production projects
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing and public relation plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Develop and implement brand campaigns and promotion strategies
- Formulate and monitor digital and social media marketing strategy campaign to increase brand awareness and sales
- Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events and document business processes
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in PR, management, business, marketing or related field preferred
- Demonstrate ability to think creatively and independently
- Proven success in developing marketing plans, brand image and campaigns, PR or hospitality experience in more than one country beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
