Your new company
Our client is a well-established retail Apparel and Fashion brand with operations all over the world. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a paralegal with retail experience to join their business.
Your new role
- Draft and review legal agreements including but not limited to Hong Kong and overseas leasing, licensing and collaboration agreements
- Liaise with group legal counsel and ensure legal and compliance standards are met
- Conduct legal research and provide legal support to various business units
- Handle any assigned ad hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
- LLB/ LLM degree holder
- 4+ years of legal experience gained from retail/ commercial industry
- Immediately available is preferred
- Excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
