Your new company

Our client is Hong Kong listed property developer with presence in both Hong Kong and China. They are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their legal department. The person will be responsible for handling corporate finance-related legal matters, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice and support to internal teams.

Your new role

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to corporate finance transactions
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and securities filings
• Providing legal advice and support to our internal teams on corporate finance-related matters
• Collaborating with external counsel and other stakeholders involved in financial transactions
• Managing legal projects and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• 7+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate finance gained from law firms or in-house
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
