Your new company

Our client is one of the leading jewellery retailers in Hong Kong. They are rapidly expanding their business and now looking for a legal executive to join their team.

Your new role

• Reported to the Legal Director and Legal Manager
• Perform trademark and patent related issues including application, office actions, specification preparation, translation and administrative work
• Review and draft commercial contracts and other legal documents
• Assist with the trademark application, registration and provide advice on trademark protection
• Closely communicate with internal departments and external law firms in handling daily legal matters to comply with corporate requirements
• Conduct legal research

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Legal or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review and drafting
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
