Your new company
Our client is one of the leading jewellery retailers in Hong Kong. They are rapidly expanding their business and now looking for a legal executive to join their team.
Your new role
- Reported to the Legal Director and Legal Manager
- Review and draft commercial contracts and other legal documents
- Assist with the trademark application, registration and provide advice on trademark protection
- Closely communicate with internal departments and external law firms in handling daily legal matters to comply with corporate requirements
- Conduct legal research
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in Legal or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review and drafting
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
