Your new company
This insurance business has an established life insurance portfolio and is steadily diversifying their business to expand in Hong Kong market. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Risk team as Operational Risk Manager.

Your new role
You will implement, monitor and enhance risk management framework (ERM) whilst ensuring effective controls and enhancement to address key risk issues. You will coordinate materials for Committee meeting and conduct thematic reviews to mitigate risks. You will provide risk management training to business and monitor closure of open issues, audit findings and risk incidents.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years of risk, audit or governance experience
• Experience within insurance industry will be an advantage
• Versatile in changing businesses and ability to engage with senior management
• Ability to understand complex issues, challenge business with solutions mindset and communicate effectively
