An international medical servicing provider is looking for Medical Operations Assistant Manager to support their Hong Kong officer.

Your new role

• You will manage claims across minor and major claims and participate in ad-hoc projects
• You will prepare claims management reporting and analysis and handle claims assessment.
• Together with the team, you will ensure quality service and delivery.
• You will need to liaise with service provider and hospital administrator for pre-authorization management and emergency services.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of clinic operations, nursing, insurance experiences
• Strong medical knowledge with diagnosis experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong team player and ability to achieve results
