Our client is one of the leading health care service companies. As their business progression, they are currently looking for medical advisor to join their Hong Kong team.

Your new role

• Review and identify potential the network provider, maintain the relationship with network.
• Support the network proposal for service arrangement and development
• Conduct new business support and implement of the new business initiatives
• Coordinate health care related service for enhance the customer satisfaction

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree graduated in business studies, medical, health care or relevant
• More than 4 years relevant experience in healthcare/ medical industry, for customer service/ case management
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and medical terminology
• Good interpersonal skills and mature attitude
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines independently for tasks
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
