Marketing & Corporate Communication Manager Our Client, a highly reputable insurance firm is seeking an energetic Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager to join their growing team.

Job Duties:
  • Handle a wide range of high-level corporate written materials (business correspondences, regular communication materials, business plans and reports)
  • Manage and represent the company when covering internal documents (promotions and leaflets), and external documents
  • Edit corporate documents
  • Review marketing materials and documents (If you have ideas regarding marketing and targeting a particular audience, you are highly encouraged to express them)
  • Provide materials prepared by internal departments
  • Monitor and enhance the overall style and standard of corporate materials (ensure consistency with internal writing and guidelines)
  • Liaise and collaborate closely with all departments to ensure quality and accuracy of corporate materials

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, English, Chinese or Translation (or related disciplines)
  • 5-8 years relevant working experience in developing and handling high-level corporate materials
  • Industry experience working in insurance, financial services or banking are highly encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written skills to prepare high-level corporate materials covering numerous subject matters (Insurance, finance, marketing, human resources etc)
  • Copywriting or translation experience will be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Written and Verbal). Please note that written English is essential for this post
