Marketing & Corporate Communication Manager Our Client, a highly reputable insurance firm is seeking an energetic Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager to join their growing team.
Job Duties:
- Handle a wide range of high-level corporate written materials (business correspondences, regular communication materials, business plans and reports)
- Manage and represent the company when covering internal documents (promotions and leaflets), and external documents
- Edit corporate documents
- Review marketing materials and documents (If you have ideas regarding marketing and targeting a particular audience, you are highly encouraged to express them)
- Provide materials prepared by internal departments
- Monitor and enhance the overall style and standard of corporate materials (ensure consistency with internal writing and guidelines)
- Liaise and collaborate closely with all departments to ensure quality and accuracy of corporate materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, English, Chinese or Translation (or related disciplines)
- 5-8 years relevant working experience in developing and handling high-level corporate materials
- Industry experience working in insurance, financial services or banking are highly encouraged to apply
- Excellent written skills to prepare high-level corporate materials covering numerous subject matters (Insurance, finance, marketing, human resources etc)
- Copywriting or translation experience will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communicator
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Written and Verbal). Please note that written English is essential for this post
