Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR. Your responsibilities will include
- Provide a full spectrum of integrated human resources management services including manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, consultancy advice, employee engagement, performance management, reward management, etc. to excel business objectives
- Formulate and implement HR initiatives to facilitate and drive organizational development according to the business strategies and plans
- Take a proactive role in the provision of HR business partner services, thoroughly understand the business needs, recommend and execute HR solutions and recommendations in all aspects
- Administer reward management initiatives, including payroll, staff benefits, incentive programmes
- Review and implement human resources policies and practices to ensure in compliance with all employment related ordinances and company requirements
- Keep abreast of HR best practices and market trends for review and enhancement
- Maintain strong communication and good rapport with all levels of stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Over 6 years of HR experiences, prefer in FI industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
