We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at a financial institution.

Your new role

• Act as an HR manager for the responsible functions providing professional HR advice to managers for alignment of business objectives. Ensure proposed solution is aligned with business need, HR management philosophy, policies, regulatory requirements etc and well implemented
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement practices and programmes with the objective of fostering positive employee relations and corporate culture
• Drive design and implementation of Employee Engagement survey
• Implement HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution
• Ensure that HR systems and processes are efficient, effective, and in compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 6–8 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial industry
• Proven track record of a stable career path with a consistent progression of responsibilities
• Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
• Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
